How create a table in an Access app in SharePoint 2013.

In SharePoint 2013 Access services when you create a new Access app all its content is stored in the separate MS SQL tables. All Access data types are mapped to SQL Server database data types. When you create a new table in the Access app using one of the preconfigured templates, other related tables may be added to the app automatically.
