How to edit Web Part pages in SharePoint 2013.
If you create multiple views for your SharePoint lists and libraries, then you know that pages used for these view are Web Part pages. Web part page is also used as default home page for some SharePoint sites, for example, for blog site. Web Part page can contain only Web Parts and you cannot place content there in the same way as on Wiki pages.
